Postage for orders over €50.00 will be free.

Once the transport service has been requested from the agency, we will send you the issue number so that you can check where your order is at any time on the Correos Express website.

Once you have received the order, if something has arrived in poor condition, please, we need you to send us an email to the address:tiendashambhala@gmail.com with photos of the damaged merchandise within 24 business hours.

Also, you can pick up your order at our store at Calle Monte Aya, 4 - 28031 Madrid. You just have to choose this option in the purchase confirmation process of your order. When your order is ready we will send you an email so you can pick it up.
